Beauty, as we know, is subjective. However, a fresh, natural, and vibrant appearance suits everyone. The Juvenessenz practice for aesthetic medicine and longevity helps people feel more alive and attractive, while also enhancing
their well-being and longevity through a holistic treatment approach.
Fokus wanted to experience firsthand how this works.
Konrad Thoele: It’s clear that this field has increasingly gained mainstream acceptance over the past years. People are now less hesitant and more willing to use aesthetic medicine to enhance their appearance and overall well-being. Beyond this growing acceptance, we’re also witnessing a transformation within the discipline itself – one that we at Juvenessenz actively promote: modern aesthetic medicine is moving increasingly toward natural results.
Konrad Thoele: It’s no longer about disproportionately enhancing features like lips or cheeks. Instead, the focus is on highlighting natural beauty and softening signs of aging. We fully embrace this philosophy and position ourselves as a center of excellence for minimally invasive aesthetic medicine. In this field, my co-founder Martin Kopietz has built a strong reputation through thousands of successful treatments.
Martin Kopietz: I bring many years of experience in this area and have performed thousands of successful procedures. Over time, we've seen a clear shift in our patients’ expectations—natural-looking results are in higher demand. Thanks to my industry insight, we adapted our treatments early on. And because our practice also integrates longevity medicine, we’ve become the go-to place for people who not only want to look good but also feel healthy and well.
Martin Kopietz: Longevity medicine includes medical interventions that aim to maintain natural physical performance and enhance quality of life across the lifespan. We do this by improving metabolism and energy levels, stimulating the body’s regenerative processes. Our treatment spectrum includes infusion therapies, simulated altitude training, and metabolic analysis for personalized nutrition advice. These and other therapies complement our aesthetic treatments, creating a holistic approach that rejuvenates the body at a cellular level.
Konrad Thoele: This methodology has helped countless patients reach their individual goals. But in a way, it’s also made us a “victim of our own success.”
Konrad Thoele: Our therapeutic concept is designed to improve well-being and promote natural beauty and rejuvenation. We’re so effective that people often don’t realize any procedures have been performed. For example, when young women get their lips heavily injected for volume, it’s obvious—even to a layperson. In contrast, our injections are designed to integrate seamlessly into a natural aesthetic. That’s why we may decline treatments if the request doesn't align with our standards. As a result, our patients receive compliments on their fresh, youthful appearance rather than being asked where they “got their lips done.” So, people rarely talk about our services or results—everything is more discreet. And we love that for our patients, because the best aesthetic treatments are the ones you don’t recognize as such (laughs).
Konrad Thoele: Absolutely, especially since we stand for natural results and vitality. Many men are referred to us by professional headhunters who find that their clients look too stern in their résumés. These men come to us wanting to soften signs of aging—like deep frown lines. Overall, men are becoming more open to aesthetic medicine. We've also made our services as accessible as possible, opening our practice right in the heart of Zurich on Bahnhofstrasse. We wanted to create a space that reflects our professional standards while also providing a calming, welcoming environment. And we’ve combined different medical disciplines that used to exist only in separate clinics under one roof. Thanks to our outpatient model, our treatments are also more affordable.
Konrad Thoele: Some do, while others come in with a general feeling of discomfort or desire for change. In both cases, we start with an in-depth consultation. I always ask which specific aspects they find bothersome. Based on those insights, we determine the most effective treatment strategy. For example, if someone is bothered by crow’s feet, we’ll start there. If it’s about feeling sluggish or low on energy, we may apply more comprehensive longevity methods. Our focus is not just on how patients will look tomorrow—but also on how they can feel great ten years from now. Nutrition counseling, which we also offer, can be a key piece of that puzzle.
Konrad Thoele: For both aesthetic and longevity treatments, we review the outcomes in follow-up sessions. If we’ve performed a wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid fillers, we evaluate whether the result meets the patient’s expectations. Depending on the initial condition, we may decide together to also use biostimulants.
Konrad Thoele: Exactly. At Juvenessenz, we specialize in all types of injectables. That’s why we’re able to revitalize an entire face in a single session—something that sets us apart from others. Biostimulants fit perfectly into this model. They stimulate and revitalize facial tissue and promote regeneration.
Konrad Thoele: Fillers add volume to specific areas of the face, often used when aging is advanced or for accentuating features like fuller lips or more prominent cheekbones. Biostimulants, on the other hand, are used to maintain and enhance skin quality. They’re injected superficially into the skin in tiny droplets and then spread throughout the face within 24 hours. Unlike fillers, they don’t add volume. Instead, they tighten the skin, smooth out fine lines, and improve overall skin texture. Used in combination with our other treatments, biostimulants help our patients become the best version of themselves—naturally and sustainably.
